libc6-armel-armhf-cross software package provides Dummy package to get libc6:armel installed, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libc6-armel-armhf-cross
libc6-armel-armhf-cross is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libc6-armel-armhf-cross package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libc6-armel-armhf-cross *
